• Elderly Property Tax Relief: Minimize Property Taxes for elders to enhance affordability in housing. Additionally, advocate for the elimination of Luxury Property (Car) Tax to ease financial burdens on our elderly population.

• Support Local Zoning: Uphold Local Control over zoning decisions to preserve community integrity and values, ensuring that development aligns with the needs and preferences of local residents.

• Tax Credits for First-Time Homebuyers: Work to implement tax credits that support first-time homebuyers, making homeownership more attainable for families in our district.
   

• Lowering Energy Prices: Stop rising energy costs and hidden taxes in your electric bills by working to utilize the state's resources to lower your energy bills.

• Implementing a Property Tax Cap: A property tax cap will help stabilize housing costs, making rents more predictable and homeownership more sustainable. Limit the Property Tax Rate to 1%-2% of the assessed value.
